Started in Lionel O27 when I was 6.  Moved to HO when I was 16.  I got started in HO by building my first kit, an Athern box car.  I have moved 22 times since them and have had a number of layouts of various sizes, none of which I ever completed.  Currently I am living in an appartment waiting for a house to be built.  Since I am retired I hope to have time to spend on a sizeable layout.  I will have a 3000 sq. ft. basement to work in.
