My RR is based on the idea that CP didn't wait until 1990 to buy the D&H, but bought it in 1984 instead of Guilford. I operate mainly CP and D&H, but I can have visiting units from Maine Central, Boston & Maine, Vermont Railway, Conrail, and even some of the newly painted Guildford units from MEC and B&M. Traffic is mostly pulpwood and paper products ingoing and outgoing from a mill, a fictional brewery with a New England themed name (Minuteman Beer) and a Colonial soldier logo, a furniture plant, a cement plant, and a marine works on the Hudson that builds fireboats (I know this type of industry well). |
