I am currently in the process of building my layout based on the former Wawa line used by PRR and SEPTA. The layout will be a "modern twist" to the old Wawa Line from Philadelphia to West Chester PA., and will resemble how the railroad would operate and look like had it continued its freight and passenger operations today. Currently the railroad is only used by SEPTA, a local commuter line, that services local communities from Philadelphia to Elwyn Pa. The layout will run the full line to West Chester, and will follow actual track-age rights, and will also serve two branch lines (the Octororo Line, and the Chester Creek Line, currently under construction to become a rails to trails). |
