Built-in spring accommodates a wide range of mounting situations in which manufacturers' shallow cast-on coupler pockets make installing the No.5 type centering spring difficult if not impossible. Whisker couplers may be mounted with supplied draft gear box, other Kadee gear boxes or with manufacturers cast-on coupler pockets. All Kadee couplers are designed and tested for reliability, durability and feature Delayed Magnetic Uncoupling with Delayed-Action.
