The kit comes with a building sign casting with printed signs, a recessed door casting, a chimney and clear window glazing. Windows and most architectural details are cast in place. Instructions with photos and general kit instruction tips with photos are included. Perfect for a corner or mid-block location, this detailed model features a cut stone and brick front in stone color with tan brick side and back walls, plus a detailed gray-black roof.
