Included are two styles of bolster pins.

The standard type comes with a bushing and washer; the Atlas compatible type has a larger diameter.

Install Micro-Trains Magne-Matic trucks using original or supplied bolster pins.

Trucks should wobble slightly. Do not push pins into tightly.

Make sure bulge part of kingpin hole is towards center of car to give added clearance for coupler draft gearbox.

For Con-Cor cars with larger kingpin holes in underframe casting, use bushing with small diameter hole that is provided with Micro-Trains trucks.

Carefully press small step of bushing into top of large hole in underframe, either top or bottom, and trim off flush.

Use spacer washer included between truck bolster and car bolster.

Use Micro-Trains height gauge to determine correct coupler and underframe heights, as shown below.

For Bachman cars use a bolster screw.

Enlarge truck bolster kingpin hole with a 9/64” (3.6 mm) diameter drill.
