The first assembled model of its type this all-new model is based on a typical early 1900s design that fits most layouts. Because these buildings were found in industrial settings, the model is right at home nestled in among factories, railroad buildings or commercial scenes. Ideal as a display model, it's deep enough to handle most ladder truck models as well as pumpers. Opening wood doors for pre 1970s-era scenes are standard, but optional roll-up doors for modern scenes are included that are easily added with minor modifications to the structure. Realistic decals are also included so you can customize the building to fit your layout.
